My approach is grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy while honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from somatic therapy, mindfulness, attachment theory, neuroscience, and my background as a Board-Certified Music Therapist, I tailor therapy to each person's unique needs and goals. Whether you're seeking symptom relief, greater self-understanding, or a deeper sense of balance, our work together will be guided by your pace and what feels most supportive to you.

50-Minute Individual Psychotherapy Session Individual counseling provides a dedicated space to explore life's challenges, increase self-awareness, and cultivate healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. Sessions are collaborative, individualized, and rooted in evidence-based care while honoring the whole person.

  • Most Tuesdays through Saturdays

  • Private Pay: $165 per 50-minute session

  • Insurance accepted through Headway

  • In Network plans include:
